Permutation.java

This represeents permuatations on n letters.

n = 3

1 -> 2
2 -> 3
3 -> 1

isEven()  tells if a permuation is even.
applyToList(List someList)
applyToArray(T[] someArray)
//also for a 2-d array.

 If I click on a tile adjacent to the empty,
 the tile moves into the empty.
