You are a programmer for the Springfield School District. The district has decided to implement +- grading and it has issued these specifications.
- 90 or higher is an A
- 80 or higher is an B
- 70 or higher is an C
- 60 or higher is an D
- 59 or lower is an F
No + or - is applied to an F. The + and - go as follows. The percentage is rounded to the nearest integer, so an integer is the input. The rules for + and - are as follows.
- If the last digit is a 0, 1 or a 2, the grade gets a -.
- If the last digit is 7, 8 or 9, the grade gets a +.
- In all other cases, there is no modifer.
